URL Alias starting with '/test' leads to Internal Server Error

I created new content of the default type Article.
Tittle 'Test'
Url alias '/test'

Result is a Internal Server Error when viewing the article.

Change the URL Alias to '/test_1'.
Problem still the same

Change the URL alias to '/MyTest'
Now the content is viewed correctly.
