Implement "exclude" option on string contextual filters

When you add a numeric contextual filter, there is an "exclude" option under the "More" fieldset, which according to the description "If selected, the numbers entered for the filter will be excluded rather than limiting the view."
I'm attaching a patch that will offer the same functionality for string contextual filters.
