"Promoted to front page" should default to Un-Checked

When creating a new content type, the default value for the "Promoted to front page" checkbox should be FALSE.

This is one of my biggest frustrations in D6, would like to see it resolved in D7. 90% of the time when I'm creating a content type, I don't want it promoted to the front page. If I'm on a site where the promoted to front page flag does not actually promote to front page, I might reclaim that checkbox for some other funcionality, where I also would not want the box to be checked by default for new types.
