Accessibility of the modules page is key to having more people of different ability levels to build websites using Drupal. This is important because Drupal is at the front of the open source community as a beacon of inclusivity and having an accessible platform for those of us with disabilities makes for a better product.
Proposed resolution
(Description of the proposed solution, the rationale behind it, and workarounds for people who cannot use the patch.)
This is the list of errors indicated on the module build page. The primary error is the lack of alternate text on the labels for the links. This can be easily fixed through ARIA labels. The second issue is the level of contrast for several of the text fields this can be changed from the white text to a black text.
Remaining tasks
(reviews needed, tests to be written or run, documentation to be written, etc.)
The remaining tasks to be done on this issue are to create the alt text of the linked image as well as the contrast issues within the CSS of the page to something other than white on the blue background.
