I recently migrated D7 content from one shared host provider (test.pflogging.com) to the other (thrivingonsystems.com). Most content seems fine (after chasing quite a few bunny trails). However, book parents and children are not displayed, either in rendered nodes, in the book administration tab of the content page, or in the outline tag of any book that should have children. The 'book' database table exists and has proper content on the new site. Suggestions?
