Calls to AssertLegacyTrait::assertUrl() have wrong number of arguments, and URL querystring is not tested

Problem/Motivation

From #3139419-11: Replace usages of AssertLegacyTrait::assertUrl, that is deprecated

Clean up the arguments of calls to WebAssert::addressEquals() and AssertLegacyTrait::assertUrl(): no more arguments than the 1st should be passed to the method calls.
