This issue came up in our weekly UX meeting (May 31st 2016). We'd like to propose merging the initial"Add Block", and "Configure Block" screens.
- Issue: When adding a custom block, you are forced to add the content, then configure it.
- Goal: Ease the creation of adding/configuring blocks.
- Possible Solution: Merge the 2 pages, adding the configuration settings to the “Add Block” screen.
