Problem/Motivation
When building or maintaining a site, I use the "Manage fields" operation for content types as least 10 times as much as any other operation.
Proposed resolution
Let's make "Manage fields" the default operation.
User interface changes
The "Manage fields" operation is first in the dropbutton, followed by "Manage display,""Edit," and then "Delete."
