Based on #1498634: [meta] Define revision/translation SQL schema for core entities (no patch) there should be a new schema for menu links. See #1498674: Refactor node properties to multilingual for an ongoing conversion. Postponed on #1842858: Convert menu links to the new Entity Field API.
