Cannot edit or delete translation if "User" detection method is enabled

Problem/Motivation

I have two languages on my website, both enabled. If I have either User or Account administration pages enabled in Detection and selection (/admin/config/regional/language/detection) I have the following problems:

• cannot edit translations (when I click on Edit it redirects me to original language),
• cannot delete the translation only (when I click on Delete for that translation, Drupal wants to delete both original node and translation).

This is a problem everywhere: menu items, products (commerce), nodes, ...).

I can add translations normally.

My Drupal version is 9.1.0.
