Views preview path doesn't update when changing path setting

Problem/Motivation

When editing a View with a Page display, if the Path is changed in the settings, the change is not reflected in the Preview pane despite Auto preview being checked.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create or edit a view with page display
2. Make sure auto preview is enabled
3. Update the page path more than once
4. Notice the path changes are not shown in the preview

Proposed resolution

Show the latest Path in the preview.

3. Commit patch
