Problem/Motivation
The idea of adding bundles to entity_test(_*) entity types from #1822000: Clean up Drupal\field_test\Plugin\Entity\Type\TestEntity is very useful on its own for new tests that need bundle support and don't want to use the 'deprecated'test_entity entity type.
Proposed resolution
Extract that part of the patch so it can get in sooner :)
