Problem/Motivation
Trying to find a future-proof base theme in Drupal right now is very challenging to say the least. There used to be one primary Bootstrap theme for Bootstrap 3, but since the release of Bootstrap 4 stable and the upcoming release of Bootstrap 5 stable, the community is now completely fractured as it relates to Bootstrap. Additionally, since Classy will be moved to contrib prior to the release of Drupal 10 in order to Replace Classy with a new starter kit theme, the decision as to what base theme to use (now) becomes even less clear. All of the above to say, since Olivero is such a versatile and beautiful theme I think many in the community will want (need) to be able to easily subtheme Olivero, hopefully with color module support.
