Drupal Custom page views getting 404 error with phpUnit Functional test

Problem/Motivation

After upating to Drupal core 9.3.2 getting issues with phpunit functional testing for Custom views

Steps to reproduce

Step 1: Create a View page with latest Drupal core 9.3.2 url example article/topic/{term name}
step 2: Export this views config into custom module
step 3: created a functional tests for this custom views when we use the function "drupalGet" for accessing the view pages
this tests end with error 404 the view pages not found

Proposed resolution
