Problem/Motivation
After adding one more language and trying to switch the language is not working properly.
Interface translation % is also not showing.
Steps to reproduce
Install drupal instance with default language English.
enable Tamil language.
While enabling no batch process windows showing with additional components.
Click on the language switcher.
Eventhough if you switched to tamil language the content still displays in english
