Problem/Motivation
As with #1966436: Default *content* entity languages are not set for entities created with the API there could be an issue with changing the name of an Configuration Entity via API that the default language configuration is not copied over to the new name. Not sure about this, this issue is to find out if this is the case (and help myself to not forget about it)
