I have an installation of drupal 9.4.8 where I use the Claro admin theme. When I go to a block or a content type and I click on manage display normally you get a gear icon where you can manage the field. But now the gear icon is not visible.
When you have a look the the code and you go to "field-plugin-settings-edit" and you switch off the width than the gear icon appears.
In attachment I putted some screenshots to make it more clear.
When I use seven as admin theme I don't this problem.
