Removing lazy load for above the fold

We are using responsive image module and we have a hero image that is above the fold but still gets lazy loaded. Is there a way to turn this off for selected images? I attached a screenshot of the display view for the image and it doesn't look like there's an option. Is there a way to handle this programmatically if not within the GUI?
