Problem/Motivation
The release cycle diagram on the Overview of the release process page hasn't been updated for a while, since Drupal 8.8, and it would be nice to always have an updated version, by easily updating a template file, and exporting an image.
Proposed resolution
Would there be interest in a diagram template for release cycles? I have made a rough sketch of the "Major, minor, and patch release process" graphic, but wanted to check if there's any interest first, before spending more time on it.
The template is in SVG-format made with Inkscape, so that it can easily get updated going forward, even via text editor.

See if there's interest, and decide if it looks all right. For example, are the dotted lines in the current version necessary?
