Issue:
The icon 'icon-help.png' and 'icon-help-active.png' are currently cut off on both the right hand side and on the bottom. You can see a copy of the existing icon from the attached image of all of the icons from the /core/modules/toolbar/icons/ folder the icon-help is cut off!
Solution:
I have attached two replacement icons for consideration & review.
