I've searched and read everything I can about Password Compatibility module, https://www.drupal.org/docs/core-modules-and-themes/core-modules/passwor..., and have migrated several sites from 9 to 10 with out a hitch, but have never had an issue with users not being able to log in. I created a test user on the Drupal 9 website and even tried using php_password, but nothing works. I've tried upgrading to 10.1.8 and 10.2.7 and nothing works. It would be bad if we had to require all the users to request a new password. Are there any other known problems I can find searching the internet?
