Drupal Metatag issue "name cannot be longer than 255 characters" and "text cannot be longer than 255 characters"

Error message
1) name cannot be longer than 255 characters but is currently 838 characters long.
2) text cannot be longer than 255 characters but is currently 3334 characters long.
Getting the above error message after the core update version "10.3.3" to "10.3.4" please help me to fix this error
