As Mysql version 9.2 is now recommended and the 9.1 version is now considered unsupported

Proposed resolution
- #3501860: Replace mysql-9 base image to 9.2
- update the mysql label in .gitlab-ci.yml to 9.2

Now when referring to 'Mysql' unless explicitly referring to a particular version, we are referring to version 9.2 and not to version 9.1.
