Problem/Motivation
I can´t use <wbr> tag (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/wbr) in trantions.
Steps to reproduce
Go to /admin/config/regional/translate and add <wbr> to any translation.
Proposed resolution
Add wbr to allowed tags list.
Remaining tasks
Validate and test.
