Now that #1895160: Change notice: Convert admin/content to a View, keep a non-views fallback with no bulk operations is in and #1998192: Allow the boolean labels of exposed filters to be configurable is also in we can now change the published status exposed filter to show the values 'published' and 'unpublished' instead of yes/no.
