During installation: if I change "Site email address" user's "Email address" doesn't change

Hello again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. During instalation in step "Configure site" I set "Site email address" to email@example.com.
2. After that system automatically copied this email to user's "Email address".
3. I changed my mind and changed "Site email address" to anotheremail@example.com
4. User's "Email address" did not changed automatically. I think it should.
