Lazy builder broken (#type defaults not loaded)

When Drupal\Core\Render\Renderer processes lazy builders the type defaults are already loaded, so any element with a #type property will not be rendered properly.
I haven't yet dived into the issue that implemented lazy builders, but this seems like a plain bug to me, not a documentation issue.
