Customers are Receiving Two Email Notifications Upon Ubercart Checkout

The Problem:
Upon checkout, customers who purchase a membership account on my site are receiving two conflicting email notifications:
1) I have set up a Rule that occurs upon checkout and it works correctly, firing uc-order--customer.tpl.php as it should.
2) However, customers are receiving a second email with information contradictory to the first email since the initial email already provided a username and password and the one below tells the user to login once and THEN reset their password (no password is given). By the way, the product that I'm selling is a site membership and that's why they are getting a username and password upon purchase.
3) I am testing with Pay Pal using test email addresses via the sandbox account
4) Ubercart version is 3.4

Here is an example of what I'm trying to locate (the second email that is being sent) so I can disable it:
