Admin menu: Rename "Search and metadata" to "Search and URLs"

I think the most common use of this section is to configure URL aliases. Personally I don't feel "metadata" is a synonym for "URLs"

If "metadata" is required to accomodate contrib modules, then I would suggest renaming to "Paths and metadata".
