Deleting a menu gives fatal error + the delete button is shown on system menu's.

When you go to edit screen of menu's which are listed in menu_list_system_menus(), you still see the delete button. Clicking on it also returns a fatal error: Fatal error: Class 'AccessDeniedHttpException' not found.
