After changing the configuration my local dev site, including changes to node display teasers, exporting the config, then importing to my online dev site and running "Import All" on the "Synchronize" tab, when the form reloads after the sync, the teaser config files are still outstanding - that is, they still show differences compared to the DB config state.
Checking the fields on the teaser display, I see that the config changes have been updated, but the .yml files never get cleared (if that's how it works).
