There is an @todo ("Remove migrate_drupal when https://www.drupal.org/node/2560795 is fixed") in MigrateExternalTranslatedTest - #2560795: Source plugins have a hidden dependency on migrate_drupal is now fixed!

Remove reference to migrate_drupal and the @todo.
