In ViewEditFormController we still have some logic in the form build that checks the $view->vid, which we don't have anymore, but also, we now save all views from the wizard directly, so users will not have a chance to actually discard a view here.
Let's remove that. It's probably also a good idea to remove the '*' from the message, as we don't really do this anywhere else in core?
