Environment: Drupal 7.43, Windows 10 Pro, PHP 5.6.18, Apache 2.4 (X64 from Apache Lounge), MySQL 5.6
Problem: Using the update feature (for contributed modules), Drupal always downloads a .tar.gz file instead of the proper .zip file. The download has to be done manually.
