Broken breadcrumbs links when adding translation

This issue can be easily replicated on simpletest.me.
On a clean installation follow these steps to reproduce it:
1. Enable Content Translation, add new language, enable translations for "Article"
2. Add a node, save it, go to node/1/translations and try to add the translation
3. On the next page the breadcrumbs looks like this: >> Translations >> Add >> Add. Clicking on any of these "Add" links will produce an error.
