In the original design there's a block for quick-links on the homepage, but it's not appearing.
Proposed resolution
Create and style a block for quick-links in the homepage for the Umami profile.

- Decide how the block is created. Default content?
- Create the block
- Theming for the block. A first version has been done and the styles can be found at:
core/profiles/demo_umami/themes/umami/css/components/blocks/quicklinks/quicklinks.css
