Dear community,
I believe my site got hacked and redirects users to malicious content - after a few page refreshes my page loads urls such as 192.168.2.5/alert-something
What can I possibly do to sort this out ?
I have updated yesterday to the latest security updates (core) and all modules. The issue is still there
