There's SQL in HandlerBase, there's a complex, unnecessary and inscrutable extractSQL in argument/Date -- what does "DAY" mean when it could be like different things. We already have the functionality to specify that with the PHP date format characters. So I just removed that helper. All SQL is moved to the Sql query plugin. Altogether some 71 lines removed.
