Follow up for #1909218: add (all languages) hint to synchronized fields on translation add/edit form
Problem/Motivation
It is possible to independently configure which parts of an Image field are translatable: the File, Alternative text and Title.
Certain combinations are totally insane, for example: File is translatable and Alternative text is not.
If the user puts there site into this configuration it will likely lead to confusion!
Proposed resolution
Shall we protect the user from themselves?
If we decide to: I propose adding some Javascript to the "Content language settings" page to force Alternative text and Title to be translatable if File is.
Remaining tasks
- Decide: do we want to disallow this?
- Create initial patch to add the Javascript
