Update/improve mockups and designs for the media library

Problem/Motivation

The mockups used to create the media library (#2796001: [prototype] Create design for a Media Library / #2828538: Produce high fidelity screens based on Media prototype) are about 2 years old. In the meantime a lot has happened. While working on media library issues we sometimes run into the fact that features are missing from the old mockups, or the technical/architectural choices for the media module force us to make changes.

Proposed resolution

It might be time to take a good look at all the designs we have and update/improve the existings mockups and designs.

Remaining tasks

1. Discuss
2. Define the use cases we want to optimize for in Core.
3. Define the user flow and design each step
4. Agree on designs and create issues to implement each step
