Problem/Motivation
When you first invoke the Rich text edit toolbar for the body field, the expanded toolbar will cover the text in the body field.
It behaves like this in the last versions of Chrome, Safari and Firefox, so it does not appear to be a browser-specific bug.
This only happens the first time you invoke Quick Edit. If you exit Quick Edit mode and the reopen Quick Edit mode, the toolbar will be shown in the proper place.
Also, scrolling in the browser will make the Quick Edit toolbar float up to where it's supposed to be.

Proposed resolution
Make sure the quick edit toolbar always floats up and does not cover content.
