My site goes down overnight on PHP 7.4 Drupal 8.9.9 on CPANEL 92.0.10

There are two issues:
#1 My site goes down overnight on PHP 7.4 Drupal 8.9.9 on CPANEL 92.0.10
#2 I am unable to manually update to Drupal Core

Issue #2: I have just updated my PHP to 7.4. I have tried on multiple sites to update the CORE Drupal 8.13 by a manual update using Filezilla. I have been doing this process for years, yet with the new Cpanel change, I am no longer able to make updates. Issue #1 In the process, after doing multiple Backup Wizard restores with Cpanel, I have a site that is going down every night. Every morning I awake (EST) to a white screen with "Website encountered an unexpected error...."

My main concern is to stop the site from going down every night. I have attached the error_log

We can address the manually core updates hopefully after I resolve issue #1

Cpanel changed to PHP 7.4 from PHP 7.2
